I believe that engaged in concrete machine know that the inappropriate use of the way, will lead to premature damage to some of the wear parts of the equipment, invariably increase the cost of production, but also affect the normal construction of the equipment, how to correctly use the equipment, improve the service life of such wear parts, has become a headache, we look at today, those who need our attention.

 

  1. What are the main wearing parts?

Cutting ring, eyeglass plate, piston, concrete cylinder, pump tube, end hose, outlet, s-tube.

 

  1. Cutting rings and spectacle plates

The contact surface of the two is welded with a layer of wear-resistant material, and the gap between the two can be adjusted in (1~2) mm through the profiled nut at the end of the s-shaped tube spline shaft.

With prolonged use, the rubber spring loses its elasticity and the mating surface of the cutting ring and the spectacle plate wears out, resulting in an increase in the gap between the two. When the gap is >0.7mm, it must be adjusted immediately, otherwise the pumped mortar will enter through the “Gap”. Once the mortar into the friction surface, the cutting ring and glasses plate wear speed will be greatly accelerated.

Pumping concrete, cutting ring with the swing of the s-shaped tube swing, the role of cutting concrete, so the cutting ring wear faster, the higher the pressure of the concrete at the exit, the more severe the wear of the cutting ring. Usually, the wear of the cutting ring occurs first at the edge and at two symmetrical parts at a 90° angle at the top. Therefore, when these parts of the cutting ring wear out, the ring can be rotated at an angle and used again, which doubles the life of the cutting ring.

The wear of the spectacle plate occurs first on the bridge of its middle nose, and the larger the gap between the spectacle plate and the cutting ring, the faster it will wear. Therefore, the gap between the spectacle plate and the cutting ring must be watched at all times, and if the gap increases, the profiled nut must be tightened or the wear part must be replaced immediately to prevent the mortar from entering the friction surface. If the rubber spring loses its elasticity, it must be replaced immediately.

For repairable cutting rings and spectacle plates, d507 can be used for re-welding and continued use.

Concrete Machinery

  1. Piston and concrete cylinder

The piston is generally made of polyurethane material, flexible and wear-resistant, and the inner wall of the conveyor cylinder is also plated with wear-resistant material. There are two general ways of lubrication between the piston and the conveyor cylinder: One is automatic lubrication, each pumping once, the oiling system automatically add a lubricant; the other is a manual lubrication system, manual regular refueling. For automatic refueling system, need to regularly check whether the oil circuit is smooth, otherwise once the oil circuit is blocked, the piston and transport cylinder will wear out sharply; for manual refueling system, the operator should be based on the different working environment, regular replenishment of lubricating oil, usually 1 time / h. Remember: When refueling, be sure to move the piston point to the lower part of the vertical refueling point, in order to make the lubricant just into the middle of the piston oil tank.

During the pumping process, the operator should also often carry out “Hold cylinder” Operation, that is, when the main cylinder piston runs to the end, operate the button and keep it for 5~8s to replenish the hydraulic oil in the closed oil chamber of the main cylinder (for the pump machine which depends on the proximity switch to change direction, it should also put the proximity switch as close to the side of the main cylinder as possible), in order to make full use of the stroke of the delivery cylinder and avoid the local wear of the delivery cylinder.

The operator should also pay close attention to the water tank, once the water has been found cloudy or sand in the water, indicating that the piston may be worn, need to replace the piston, otherwise the piston and transport cylinder will increase the wear and tear. If the replacement of a new piston, the water soon becomes cloudy again, it indicates that the conveyor cylinder has been worn, the need to replace the conveyor cylinder. If there are conditions, can be measured by the method of cylinder bore to determine whether the transport cylinder wear, usually, the cylinder wall thickness of the chrome layer only (0.2 ~ 0.25) mm, when the cylinder bore increases (0.45 ~ 0.55) mm, you need to replace the transport cylinder.

In addition, the water temperature of the cooling water in the tank is also very important, the water temperature is too high, will also increase the wear of the piston, the need to regularly replace the cooling water in the tank.

Concrete Machinery

  1. Pumps and end hoses

When connecting pipes, be sure to pick up from the outlet of the pump, that is, from front to back, never first to pick up both ends, then pick up the middle.

The incorrect way to connect, will make the pipeline exist between each other “Internal force”, the pumping will easily cause the pipe to break from the joint. After the pipe is connected, the exit of the pump, pipe bend, pipe overhang, should be fixed firmly to prevent pipe flickering and damage to the pipe.

As the closer to the pump, the higher the pressure of concrete in the pipeline, so at the exit of the pump to use the wall thickness of the new pipe, thin wall of the old pipeline used far from the pump, so as to improve the service life of the pipe and reduce the possibility of burst pipe.

As for the elbow, the most serious wear and tear is far from the side of the pump, it is appropriate to often turn the elbow to use, in order to extend its service life.

 

  1. Outlets and s-pipes

As for the wearable parts such as the outlet and s pipe, once the wear layer is found to be worn off, it can still be used for a period of time by welding with d507 electrodes in a timely manner.
