Section 2. Concrete floor construction methods

Flooring construction technical requirements

The floating slurry on the surface of freshly poured concrete should be cleaned up without affecting the quality of the ground. After the initial setting period of the freshly poured concrete, trowel off the floating pulp layer evenly with a disc mounted on the concrete surface.

  1. Protection of finished concrete slab

(1). Adopt the partition responsible for the management, who is responsible for the operation, and set up supervisors to follow up and inspect the protection of the finished products in the operation area every day, and order rectification in time when violation is found.

  1. Concrete maintenance

(1). 24 hours after concrete pouring is completed, watering is used to cover the plastic film for water conservation maintenance.

(2). In order to ensure the quality of flooring maintenance, adopt special sprinkling maintenance. Watering should be done frequently and sparingly, and the water for maintenance should be the same as that for mixing.

(3). The curing period is not less than 21 days, and measures are taken to protect the poured concrete from the damage of the upper construction.

(4). The concrete shall not be stepped on or installed with formwork and support before its strength reaches 1.2N/mm2.

Section 4: Concrete ground at night and rainproof construction measures

Night construction measures

  1. Concrete pouring time is scheduled at noon, leveling and light harvesting will be done at night.
  2. Before the night construction, sufficient lighting should be prepared.
  3. If you are notified of power failure, no concrete construction will be arranged.
  4. Keep the construction channel clear.
  5. Schedule managers for duty
  6. Arrange electricians, reinforcement workers, carpenters on duty.
  7. Prepare construction materials and equipment in advance.

Rainproof measures

  1. As flooring concrete is an open-air operation, it is necessary to ensure that the construction of flooring concrete will not be affected by the rain, keep track of the weather and avoid construction on rainy days.
  2. In case of temporary showers, take the following rainproof measures before construction to prepare rainproof materials.

Prepare 700 square meters of rain tarpaulin, set up a temporary rain shelter to protect the poured ground.

Section 5. Concrete ground finished product protection

  1. the completed ground should be timely erected finished protective fence, in the personnel frequent access to the door hanging eye-catching protection signs, prohibit personnel from entering the maintenance period of the flooring, and assign someone responsible for care.
  2. before lifting the steel structure, the flooring is covered with film, full of geotextile, densely paved with 18-thick wood templates to protect the flooring from impact, and the boards are nailed firmly with steam nails to form a piece, in the process of lifting, measures are taken to prevent components from falling to the ground, such as tools and screws (caps) packed with special tool bags, and assign someone to take care of it.
  3. When welding steel structure, take fire-fighting measures, including setting fire extinguisher, supervising the welding fire scene by safety personnel, and using color steel plate blocking measures below the fire.
  4. For electromechanical installation, when the electromechanical is tested by hydraulic pressure, arrange the water inlet and outlet position to avoid the test water flowing into the floor, and at the same time, place the receiving bucket at the joint position to prevent the water from leaking into the ground in case of pollution.
